we value customer satisfaction we prefer to deal with our customers directly.

Ordering is easy! Pick a design from one of our galleries, pick a bisque shape shown on this page (prices are listed
below each shape) You can either call us at our toll free number 888-995-9211, or e-mail us at piattini@att.net with a time that we can call you. Once we receive your order information we hand-paint
your special order and ship it to your home.
2. Some of our patterns can be
adapted to other shapes but most of our patterns are designed for the shape that is shown in our photo galleries. For
instance, in most case, our fish patterns work best on oval shapes.
3. Color combinations
are set for the design shown. Substitutions such as background color changes cannot be accomodated because of the complexity
of color balances in each design.
4. As in most photo images color might vary slightly
from that shown on the web to the finished product. While the colors on our website are pretty true, computer monitors
as well as firing temperatures used during the ceramic process might cause slight variations in color from those seen on our
site.
5.Hand painted ceramics, unlike decaled ceramics, reveal the hand of the artist.
Brushstrokes and slight variations in surface are normal for hand painted ceramics.
7. We do
carry some inventory but most of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 3-4
weeks from the date of ordering to delivery.
8. Because the web shows color slightly
more accurately than the printed page we do not have catalogs of our products.
9.
We accept all major credit cards.
10. UPS shipping is not included. California residents
please add 9% tax.
